Program Overview:
This outpatient program includes a 9-station haemodialysis unit, weekly Nephrology clinic and Peritoneal Dialysis program. Continually expanding the program serves patients with progressive renal insufficiency, haemodialysis needs, peritoneal dialysis needs and transplantation preparation and follow up.

A physician referral is required; please bring your Ontario Health Card with you.
