At the Timmins and District Hospital (TADH), we offer the patient email eCard service to help you stay connected with loved ones during their hospital stay. Our website can deliver eCards directly to a patient’s email account, or one of our volunteers can hand-deliver the eCard directly to their room.

Guidelines for Sending an eCard Email
  • Follow the prompts when clicking on the eCard you want to send.
  • Be sure to fill in all necessary information. Check the read receipt option for confirmation that it has been received.
  • Keep your message brief and avoid sharing private information.
Guidelines for Volunteer eCard Delivery
  • Include the patient’s room number in the message.
  • Email the eCard to generalinquiries@tadh.com.
  • Delivery is not guaranteed due to occasional issues (printer malfunctions, room changes, etc).
  • If the patient is discharged, messages will be discarded.

Sending an eCard is a simple way to brighten a loved one’s day and show your support. Get started by selecting the eCard that you wish to send. A pop-up box will appear and will ask you for all of the necessary information request to send your eCard.
